The organization of the board is simple. Create three columns: "to do", "in progress", "done". Write your tasks on a post-it note or on the dedicated label in your digital application and put them in the relevant column.

All you have to do is move your post-it notes or labels to the right place as they progress. You may need to create other columns such as "on hold" or "to be evaluated", etc.

Self-discipline remains the key to your success. It may seem off-putting at first, but after a few weeks, routine habits will naturally fall into place. The main thing is to set yourself achievable goals, and for this you need to know your own capabilities well.
